Three things that follow you across state lines
First, Graceland's licensure chart gives a state-by-state answer on whether its MSN leads to licensure; the newest version it publishes carries a June 2020 date, so check your state with the School of Nursing before enrolling or relocating. Second, your RN license has to be valid wherever your practicum hours take place, on top of the one from your home state. Third, each state's own rules shape who can precept you.

Where does Graceland's chart say the MSN will not lead to licensure?
Five states carry that answer on the June 2020 chart: Kentucky, Maryland, New York, North Carolina and Tennessee. Thirteen more are marked unknown. Given the chart's age, check your state with Graceland; the licensure chart guide has the detail.
Does Graceland accept NP students from every state?
Graceland takes NP students only from states where it holds approval for practicum experiences, and it asks applicants to reach out to confirm. No list is published, so ask before you apply or relocate.
What license covers a Graceland practicum in another state?
An unencumbered license valid where the practicum site sits, alongside your home-state license, confirmed through the board rather than a photocopy. The RN license guide covers the compact and multistate licenses.
Does any Graceland track bring me to campus?
The AGACNP track includes one focus session in Independence, Missouri. The family and psychiatric tracks meet for theirs over Zoom. The focus sessions guide covers the timing.
